ტომატის სოუსი

  1. 700გრ ტომატ-პასტა, ან ცოცხალი დაჭრილი პომიდორი
  2. 1 ხახვი 
  3. 2 კბილი ნიორი
  4. რამდენიმე რეჰანის ფოთოლი (სურვილისამებრ) 
  5. 2 ს/კ ზეითუნის ზეთი 
  6. 1 ჩ/კ შაქარი 
  7. ½ ჩ/კ მარილი 
  8. შავი პილპილი

მომზადება:

პომიდვრის სოუსი

  • 22 სმ დიამეტრის ჭურჭელში გააცხელეთ ზეთი საშუალო ცეცხლზე, დაამატეთ დაკეპილი ნიორი, 10 წამის შემდეგ დაამატეთ დაჭრილი ხახვი და მოშუშეთ ოქროსფერის მიღებამდე, შემდეგ დაამატეთ სოუსის დანარჩენი ინგრედიენტები და ადუღეთ 2 წუთი. 1 ჭიქა სოუსი ამოიღეთ და შეინახეთ ზემოდან მოსასხმელად.

გულსართი

  • გაალღვეთ შპინატი მიკროტალღურ ღუმელში 2 წუთით, ხელით კარგად გაწურეთ და მოათავსეთ ჯამში, დაამატეთ გულსართის ყველა დანარჩენი ინგრედიენტი და ხელით კარგად აურიეთ

  • გულსართი გადაანაწილეთ ლაზანიის ფურცლებზე, გადაახვიეთ, დაჭერით 3 ნაწილად და მოათავსეთ სოუსის ქვაბში 

  • გამოაცხვეთ 180 გრადუსზე 20 წუთით, შემდეგ მოაყარეთ გახეხილი მოცარელა და კიდევ 10 წუთით დააბრუნეთ ქურაში.
