მომზადება:

  • გაახურეთ ღუმელი 200C-მდე
  • ჯამში ერთმანეთში კარგად აურიეთ ფქვილი, სოდა, შაქარი, ვანილი და ლიმონის ცედრა. ყველა ინგრედიენტი რომ თანაბრად გადანაწილდება, შემდეგ დაამატეთ ზეთი, 1 ლიმონისგან გამოწურული წვენი და წყალი და კოვზით კარგად მოურიეთ, სანამ მასა მყარი  არ გახდება.
  • საცხობ ფორმას გვერდებზე წაუსვით მარგარინი ან ზეთი, ხოლო ძირში ჩააფინეთ საცხობი ქაღალდი. ჩაასხით ცომი ფორმაში და შედგით გახურებულ ღუმელში 30 წუთით. როდესაც ზედა მხარე მოიბრაწება, ხოლო ასანთის ღერი მშრალი ამოვა ნამცხვრიდან, ე.ი. უკვე მზად არის.
  • გამოიღეთ ღუმელიდან, გააგრილეთ და მხოლოდ ამის შემდეგ გადმოიღეთ ფორმიდან. 
  • გაადნეთ შოკოლადი მდუღარე წყალზე. გაადნეთ ერთად შოკოლადი და მარგარინი. მთლიანად რომ გადნება, კარგად მოურიეთ, რომ მასა ერთგვაროვანი გახდეს და ოდნავ შეაგრილეთ.
  • შეგრილებული მასა ზემოდან მოასხით უკვე გაგრილებულ ბისკვიტს და შემდეგ თანაბრად გადაანაწილეთ ზედა მხარეს და ასევე გვერდებზეც.
  • ზემოდან სურვილისამებრ მორთეთ ლიმონის ცედრით, ან ნიგოზით ან ნუშის ფანტელებით
