      წინასწარ მომზადებულ გახეხილ ანტონოვკას შეურიეთ 4 ჩ/ჭ შაქარი, ზემოთ მოცემული რაოდენობის თაფლი. მცენარეული ზეთი. დაჭრილი ნიგოზი, ქიშმიში და პურის ფქვილი იმ რაოდენობით, რომ მიიღოთ არაჟნის სისქის ცომი. მიეცით 1 ჩ/კოვზი სოდა ძმრით და ვანილი.

      ფორმა, რაშიც უნდა ჩაასხათ მიღებული მასა, ძირზე და გვერდებზე კარგად უნდა წაუსვათ სამარხვო მარგარინი ან კარაქი და მოაყარეთ ცოტა პურის ფქვილი.როდესაც ცომს ჩაასხამთ, ზედაპირი კარგად მოასწორეთ და გამოაცხეთ.
