გაყინული ნამცხვარი

      გაქვთ თავისუფალი საათნახევარი???

      მაშინ შეგიძლიათ მოამზადოთ ორიგინალური... ძალიან ტკბილი... და გემრიელი ნამცხვარი Qwellynaria-ს რეცეპტით.

შემადგენლობა:

  1. კვერცხი - 5 ცალი
  2. ფქვილი - 150 გრ
  3. გამაფხვიერებელი - 1 პაკეტი
  4. შესქელებული რძე(სგუშონი) - 200 მლ
  5. რომი - 30 მლ
  6. კონიაკი - 30 მლ
  7. შაქრის პუდრი - 10 გრ
  8. შაქარი - 150 გრ
  9. ნაღების კარაქი - 150 გრ
  10. კაკაოს ფხვნილი - 10 გრ

მომზადება:

• ათქვიფეთ კვერცხის გული და შაქარი გათეთრებამდე, დაამატეთ გაცრილი ფქვილი, გამაფხვიერებელი და ამოურიეთ

• ცალკე გათქვიფეთ ცილა, მყარი მასის მიღებამდე და ფრთხოლად დაამატეთ ცომში, ამოურიეთ

• ეს მასა გამოაცხვეთ ღუმელში 190 გრადუსზე 35-40 წუთი

• მზა ბისკვიტი გააციეთ, დაანაწევრეთ და გამოაშრეთ ღუმელში

• გამომშრალი ბოსკვიტი დააბლენდერეთ ან გაატარეთ ხორცსაკეპ მანქანაში.

• კრემისთვის ათქვიფეთ ოთახის ტემპერატურაზე დარბირებული კარაქი, თანდათანობით ამატეთ შესქელებული რძე, სანამ არ მიიღებთ მსუბუქ, ღია ფერის კრემს

• რამდენიმე კოვზი კრემი გადაინახეთ მოსართავად.

• კრემს დაამატეთ დაფშვნილი ბისკვიტი, კონიაკი ან რომი(ან ორივე ერთად)

• კაკაოს ფხვნილი და შაქრის პუდრა შეურიეთ ერთმანეთს, გამოძერწეთ მოგრძო ზომის ნამცხვრები და ამოავლეთ ამ ნარევში, ცოტა ხანს დაასვენეთ და კიდევ ერთხელ ამოავლეთ

• მზა ნამცხვარი შედეთ მაცივარში რამდენიმე საათით რომ კარგად გაუჯდეს ყველაფრი

• სუფრაზე მიტანამდე ნახევარი საათით ადრე გამოიღეთ მაცივრიდან და მორთეთ შენახული კრემით.
