ჟურნალი "LIFE"
1936 წელს გამოვიდა სახელგანთქმული ჟურნალ “LIFE”-ის პირველი ნომერი, რომლის გარეკანის შიდა მხარეს მოთავსებული გახლდათ ახალდაბადებული ჯორჯ სთორის სურათი სათაურით “Life Begins” – “ცხოვრება იწყება”, რაც სიმბოლურად გაიგივებული იყო ჟურნალის დაბადებასთანაც. შემდეგ წლების განმავლობაში ჟურნალში იბეჭდებოდა ჯორჯის ცხოვრების მნიშვნელოვანი მომენტები, მიღწევები, ოჯახური თუ კარიერული ცვლილებები.
2000 წლის მარტში TIMES inc -მ გამოაცხადა, რომ ჯურნალი იხურებოდა და მაისში გამოვიდოდა მისი ბოლო ნომერი.
ბოლო ნომრის ჰედლაინი იყო “A life ends” – “ცხოვრება მთავრდება”.
4 ივნისს ჯორჯ სთორი გულის შეტევით გარდაიცვალა.
