პირველითგან იყო სიტყვაი და სიტყვით შეიქმნა სამყარო... "თავდაპირველად იყო სიტყვა და სიტყვა იყო ღმერთთან, და სიტყვა იყო ღმერთი. ის იყო ღმერთთან და ყველაფერი მის მიერ შეიქმნა და უმისოდ არაფერი შეიქმნა, რაც კი შეიქმნა"... რადგანაც სიტყვა იყო ღმერთი ე.ი. სიტყვას, როგორც ღმერთს, არა აქვს დასაწყისი და არც დასასრული... სიტყვა ღმერთშია და ღმერთი სიტყვაშია... ბიბლიიდან კარგად ჩანს, თუ რამხელა ძალა აქვს სიტყვას, იგი მარადიულია... ჩვენ…
