     მადამ ბოვარის ხსენებაზე ზოგს გუსტავ ფლობერის წიგნი, ზოგსაც ერთი გემრიელი ფრანგული კერძი გაახსენდება.

     რომლის მომზადებაც მარტივად შეგიძლიათ Qwellynaria_თან ერთად

qwelly | qwellynaria | madam bovari | gustav floberi | madam bovaris momzadeba kulinaria | receptebi | მადამ ბოვარი | კულინარია | რეცეპტები | ქველინარია

შემადგენლობა:

  1. კარტოფილი – 2 ც.
  2. ხორცის ფარში – 300 გ.
  3. ყველი – 230 გ.
  4. ხახვი – 2 ც.
  5. კვერცხი – 2 ც.
  6. მაიონეზი – 1 შეკვრა (პატარა)
  7. მწვანე ხახვი
  8. ზეითუნის ზეთი
  9. მარილი და პილპილი გემოვნებით

მომზადება:

  • მოშუშეთ ხორცის ფარში ზეითუნის ზეთში.
  • დაუმატეთ დაჭრილი ხახვი.
  • ამასობაში მოხარშეთ კარტოფილი და შემდეგ გახეხეთ, მოაყარეთ მარილი და პილპილი, მოასხით ზეითუნის ზეთი.
  • მოხარშული კვერცხი გახეხეთ და მოაყარეთ ფარშს,
  • შემდეგ ყველი გახეხეთ და მოაყარეთ.
  • ზემოდან მოასხით მოაიონეზი და მოაყარეთ წვრილად დაჭრილი მწვანე ხახვი.

მიყვარს და გამიკეთებია ოღონდ სოკოს დამატებით და ქათმის დანაწევრებული ხორცით :D და კვერცხს არ ვუკეთებ ცილა არ მიყვარს :( გემრიელია ძალიააან :))

მადამ ბოვარი მხოლოდ ქართულ ინტენრეტში ისერჩება რეცეპტად, სხვა ენებზე ყველგან წიგნი ან ფილმი ამოდის პირველ პოზიციებზე. აი, ამაზე გადატრიალდება და ვეღარ გადმოტრიალდება ფლობერი :D
