პიცის სოუსისთვის:
- პომიდვრის სოუსი - 400 გრ.
- ტომატი - 170 გრ.
- დაფქული ორეგანო - 1 ს.კ.
- დაქუცმაცებული ნიორი - 1/2 ჩ.კ.
- დაფქული წიწაკა - 1 ჩ.კ.
მომზადება:
გაცერით ფქვილი, დაამატეთ საფუარი, მარილი და შაქარი. ჩაასხით წყალი, დაამატეთ ზეითუნის ზეთი და კარგად მოზილეთ. ცომი მოათავსეთ ჯამში, გადააფარეთ თბილი ქსოვილი და დადგით. დაელოდეთ 1 საათი. როცა ცომი ამოვა, კიდევ ერთხელ კარგად მოზილეთ 2-3 წუთის განმავლობაში.
