1905 - 1968

      ძველი დროში, აფხაზთა შორის უმაღლესი განათლება ჰქონოდა მიღებული ვინმეს, იშვიათობა იყო. ამ მხრივ საბჭოთა ხელისუფლებამ ბევრი რამ გააკეთა: სკოლები გახსნა, უმაღლესი სასწავლებლები შექმნა. შეძენილი უმაღლესი განათლება ასტამურმა ხალხის სამსახურში გამოიყენა.

      1926 წლიდან ჯერ სკოლებში მასწავლებლობდა, ხოლო შემდეგ კარგა ხანს რაიონული განათლების განყოფილების გამგედ მუშაობდა. მუყაითი შრომისთვის 1939 წელს «საპატიო ნიშნის» ორდენით იქნა დაჯილდოებული, ხოლო შემდეგ წარჩინებული მუშაობისათვის მედლები მიიღო.

      ცამეტი წლისა არც კი იყო, როცა ლოტბარ ივანე ლაკერბაისთან დაიწყო გუნდში მუშაობა, ხოლო 1926 წლიდან დამოუკიდებლად ხელმძღვანელობდა გუნდს. სოფელ ჯგერდის გუნდს ის კარგა ხანს უძღვებოდა. ხანდაზმული მომღერლებისაგან სწავლობდა სიმღერებს და შემდეგ გუნდში გადაჰქონდა.

      1928 წლიდან ოჩამჩირეშია მუშათა კლუბის მომღერალთა გუნდის ხელმძღვანელად, ხოლო შემდეგ სათავეში ჩაუდგა ოჩამჩირის სიმღერისა და ცეკვის რაიონულ ანსამბლს. რაიგანათლების განყოფილების გამგე ანსამბლში სამუშაოდ დროს პოულობდა; მრავალი აფხაზური, სვანური, მეგრული და ჩვენი ქვეყნის სხვა კუთხეების ხალხური სიმღერები შეასწავლა ანსამბლს.

      რადიომსმენელები ხშირად ისმენენ ხალხურ სიმღერებს ოჩამჩირის რაიონის სიმღერისა და ცეკვის ანსამბლის შესრულებით.

      მიენიჭა საქართველოს სსრ ხელოვნების დამსახურებული მოღვაწისა და აფხაზეთის ასსრ ხელოვნების დამსახურებული მოღვაწის წოდება.

      ორი წელიწადი (1953-1954) ტყვარჩელის მუშათა გუნდის ხელმძღვანელია, ხოლო 1954 წლიდან - სოხუმში აფხაზეთის სახელმწიფო ფილარმონიის მესვეური.

      ბოლო წლებში განსაკუთრებული მონდომებით უძღვებოდა ახლად ჩამოყალიბებული სოხუმის საოპერეტო თეატრის საქმიანობას.
