იტალიას გამორჩეული სამზარეულო აქვს, ქველინარია გთავაზობთ სალათის რეცეპტს, რომლითაც გემრიელად ისაუზმებთ.
შემადგენლობა:
- 1/4 ფინჯანი წითელი ღვინო სალათის საკმაზისთვის
- 15 გრამი მაიონეზი
- 1 1/2 ფიალა დაჭრილი სალათის ფურცლები
- 55 გრამი წვრილად დაჭრილი გამზადებული ლორი
- 55 გრამი წვრილად დაჭრილი იტალიური ყველი
- 1/2 ფიალა ოთხად დაჭრილი პამიდორი
- 2 ცალი ბურიტოს(მექსიკური კერძი) ზომის ლავაში
მომზადება:
- ორი სუფრის კოვზით მაიონეზი მოვათავსოთ პატარა ჯამში და გადავდგათ ცალკე.
- ლორი, ყველი და პომიდორი ავურიოთ ორი სუფრის კოვზით ჯამში.
- მაიონეზი წავუსვათ ლავაშებს, სალათის ფურცლები და ლორის ნაზავი შევურიოთ და გავახვიოთ ლავაშში, მოვათავსოთ ალუმინის ფოლგაში და მაცივარში შევდგათ გასაციებლად, სანამ არ გამზადდება.
