მაკარონი ყველის სოუსით

      იტალიელებმა მაკარონის ისტორია შექმნეს, მაგრამ მათი მაკარონი მეტწილად პომიდვრით მზადდება (ალბათ, ამიტომაცაა რომ პასტა მაკარონი და პასტა პომიდორი ერევათ ხოლმე ჩვენში). იტალიელები იქით იყვნენ და ქართული ყველი, არანაკლებ გემრიელს და საინტერესოს ხდის მაკარონს. ამიტომ, ჩვენებური ხმელი სულგუნით ანდა გუდის ყველით დამზადებული ქველინარიული რეცეპტი უნდა შემოგთავაზოთ.

შემადგენლობა:

  • მაკარონი, მრგვალი ნიჟარები - 450 გრ.
  • რძე - 1½ ჭიქა
  • ფქვილი - 2 ს/კ
  • გახეხილი ყველი (სასურველია ჩედარი, მონტერეი ჯეკი ან კოლბი, მაგრამ საქართველოში ხმელი სულგუნი ანდა გუდა საუკეთესო ჩანაცველებაა) - 2 ან 3 ჭიქა
  • მარილი - 1 ჩ/კ
  • დაფქვილი მდოგვი - 1/4 ჩ/კ

მომზადება:

      აადუღეთ წყალი და ჩაყარეთ მარილი. მოურიეთ. ჩააყარეთ მაკარონი და განაგრძეთ მორევა (დაახლოებით 8 წუთის განმავლობაში).

      ნახევარი ჭიქა შემთბარი რძე ჩაასხით ჯამში, მოაყარეთ ფქვილი და კარგად აურიეთ.

      დარჩენილი ერთი ჭიქა შემთბარი რძე, ჩაასხით ქვაბში, ზემოდან მოასხით ფქვილისა და რძის ტექსტურა, მოურიეთ, მოაყარეთ ყველი (ეტაპობრივად და თან მოურიეთ, გაადნეთ). მოაყარეთ მარილი. ბოლოს მოაყარეთ მდოგვი და განაგრძეთ მორევა.

      გადაიტანეთ მოხარშული მაკარონი თასში და მოასხით ყველის სოუსი და კარგად ამოურიეთ.

      სურვილისამებრ, ჩეგიძლიათ მოაყაროც სხვადასხვა დაფქვილი მწვანილი.

პიტნა საინტერესო დანამატი იქნება. პრინციპში, როგორც რძის სხვა პროდუქტებს, ამ სოუსსაც მოუხდება. აი თავად რძის ჩანაცვლება შეიძლება ნაღებით.
