ტარტი ნაყინით და ბანანით

      ზაფხულის სიცხესთან ბრძოლა გაქცევით და წყალში ჩახტომითაც შეიძლება და ასევე კარგად მოფიქრებული, გემრიელი კულინარიით. სწორედ ამ მიმართულებით Qwellynaria უკვე წლებია ბევრ სიგრილეს გთავაზობთ ყოველ ზაფხულს და მინდა კიდევ ერთი წარმოგიდგინოთ. სამფენოვანი ნაყინის უგემრიელესი ტარტი ბანანით

ტარტი, ნაყინი, ბანანი, კულინარია, ქველინარია, qwellynaria, kulinaria, banani, tarti, torti

შემადგენლობა

  • ნაყინის ვაფლი - 12 ცალი
  • უმარილო კარაქი (გამდნარი) - 6 ს/კ
  • ბანანი - სამი ცალი (დაჭრილი)
  • შოკოლადის ნაყინი - დაახლოებით 10-11 ბურთულა (ან 1 „საოჯახო ნაყინი“)
  • მარწყვის ნაყინი - დაახლოებით 10-11 ბურთულა (ან 1 „საოჯახო ნაყინი“)
  • ვანილის ნაყინი - დაახლოებით 10-11 ბურთულა (ან 1 „საოჯახო ნაყინი“)

მომზადება

      ნაყინის ვაფლი ჩაყარეთ ბლენდერში და წვრილად დაფქვით. მოასხით გამდნარი კარაქი და განაგრძეთ დაფქვა.

      როდესაც ვაფლი გრანულებად იქცევათ, გადაიტანეთ ტარტის ფორმაზე (საცხობ ფორმაზე), გაშალეთ მთელს სიგანეზე, მოასწორეთ და შედგით საყინულეში 10 წუთით.

      ამასობაში დაწერით ბანანი მრგვლად - დაახლოებით 5 მმ სისქეზე.

      გამოიხეთ გაყინული ფორმა და მოალაგეთ დაჭრილი ბანანები ისე, რომ ძირი სულ დაფაროთ.

      შემდეგ, აიღეთ შოკოლადის ნაყინი და გადაუსვით ბანანს.

ტარტი, ნაყინი, ბანანი, კულინარია, ქველინარია, qwellynaria, kulinaria, banani, tarti, torti

      შედგით საყინულეშ 20 წუთით.

      ანალოგიურად გაიმეორეთ მარწყვის ნაყინის შემთხვევაშიც და საბოლოოდ, როდესაც ვანილის ნაყინსაც დაადებთ, საყინულეში 20 წუთს ნაცვლად, 1 საათით გააჩერეთ. (არ დაგავიწყდეთ, თითოეული ფენის შემდეგ, აუცილებელია საყინულეში შედგმა, რათა ნაყინი ერთმანეთში არ აირიოს).

      საბოლოოდ, ტარტი შეგიძლიათ მორთოთ ჰაეროვანი კრემით (მოიკითხეთ მაღაზიებში), გამდნარი შოკოლადით და ბლის მურაბით.

      გემრიელად მიირთვით და გაიგრილეთ ცხელი ზაფხული.
