   ქველინარია გთავაზობთ ბეკონით და საქონლის ხორცით მომზადებული სოუზს, ნოყიერი და გემრიელი სადილი.

შემადგენლობა:

  1. 230 გრამი გატარებული ხორცი
  2. 2 ჭიქა დაქუცმაცებული ყველი
  3. 1 ფინჯანი მაიონეზი
  4. 1/2 ფინჯანი არაჟანი
  5. 1 ფინჯანი დაჭრილი პამიდორი
  6. 1/3 ჭიქა დაჭრილი წითელი ხახვი
  7. 4 ნაჭერი ბეკონი, გამზადებული და დაჭრილი

მომზადება:

   საქონლის ხორცი შეწვით საშუალო ცეცხლზე, დროდადრო  და მოურიეთ, მოაყარეთ მარილი და პილპილი გემოვნებით.  დაბალ ცეცხლზე ურიეთ ყველს დაახლოებით 6 წუთის განმავლობაში, სანამ ყველი არ გადნება. მაიონეზი და არაჟანი აურიეთ საქონლის ხორცში, და მოასხით გამდნარი ყველი, გადაანაწილეთ ორ ლანგარზე და ზევიდან მოაყარეთ პამიდორი, ხახვი, ბეკონი.
