გემრიელი, ვიტამინებით სავსე, სასარგებლო და მარტივად მოსამზადებელი სალათი qwellynaria_სგან
შემადგენლობა:
- საშუალო ზომის კომბოსტო - 1 თავი
- სტაფილო - 5 ცალი
- ვაშლი - 2 ცალი
- ნიახური - 1 ძირი
- 1 ცალი ლიმონის წვენი
მომზადება:
კომბოსტო დაჭერით წვრილად, მოაყარეთ ცოტა მარილი და ხელით ასრისეთ.
სტაფილო, ვაშლი და ნიახური დაჭერით წვრილად ან გახეხეთ და დაამატეთ კომბოსტოს, მოასხით ლიმონის წვენი, მოურიეთ და დაამატეთ მაიონეზი.
სალათა მორთეთ ზეთისხილით და ნიგვზის ლებნებით.
