მთვრალი შავი ქლიავის ნამცხვარი

      შემოდგომის ნობათთა შორის შავი ქლიავი განსაკუთრებულია, ზოგს წითელი უყვარს და ალიბუხარს ეძახის, მაგრამ შავი მაინც კლასიკაა და შეუცვლელი. ამ შემოდგომას კიდევ, ისეთი სიცივეები დაიჭირა, დილით ერთ ჭიქა კონიანი, ბრენდი ან არმანიაკი თუ არ მიიღო ორგანიზმმა, როდის გიმტყუნებს კაცმა არ იცის.

      Qwellynaria-მ მოახერხა ისე, რომ შავი ქლიავის მოყვარულებიც გაახაარა და შემოპარულ ვირუსებსაც წინ აღუდგა მთვრალი ქლიავის ნამცხვრის უგემრიელესი და ექსკლუზიური რეცეპტით!

კულინარიული რეცეპტები, ნამცხვარი, ქლიავი, ხილის ნამცხვარი, მთვრალი ქლიავი, Qwellynaria, recipe, qliavi, pie, namcxvari

შემადგენლობა:

  • შავი ქლიავი, უკურკო - 250 გ
  • შავი ჩაი - 3/4 ფინჯანი (200 მლ)
  • 1 ლიმონის ცედრა
  • არმანიაკი - ¼ ფინჯანი (60 მლ)
  • კარაქი, გამდნარი - 7 ს/კ (100 გრ)
  • დაფქული ნუში - 1 1/3 ფინჯანი (130 გრ)
  • ფქვილი - 3 ს/კ
  • შაქრის პუდრი - 3/4 ფინჯანი (125 გრ)
  • 2 კვერცხის ცილა
  • ათქვეფილი ნაღები - 1 ფინჯანი (250 გრ) - სუფრაზე მისატანად.

მომზადება:

      შავ ქლიავს დაასხით არმანიაკი და დატოვეთ 2 საათი, რომ გაიჟღინთოს;

      ქვაბში შეურიეთ შავი ქლიავი, ჩაი, ლიმონის ცედრა და ნელა აადუღეთ. გადმოდგით ცეცხლიდან და გააგრილეთ 15 წუთის განმავლობაში. გადაწურეთ;

      გააცხელეთ ელექტროღუმელი 190° ცელსიუსზე (დააყენეთ ნიშნულზე 5, თუკი ასეთი აქვს).

      25სმ დიამეტრიან ფაიფურის საცხობ ყალიბს წაუსვით კარაქი.

      საშუალო ზომის ჯამში ჩაასხით გამდნარი კარაქი, დაუმატეთ ნუში, ფქვილი და შაქრის პუდრი;

      გაჟღენთილი შავი ქლიავის ჭურჭლიდან შეურიეთ 2 სუფრის კოვზი არმანიაკი, ნუშის ექსტრაქტი და კარგად მოურიეთ (არმანიაკი გადაინახეთ, მოგვიანებით დაგჭირდებათ);

      ცალკე ათქვიფეთ კვერცხის ცილა სანამ ბეზეს არ მიიღებთ;

      დიდი კოვზით თანდათან შეურიეთ კარაქისა და ნუშის ნაზავი (ნუ იღელვებთ, თუ ნაზავი შერეული ტექსტურისა იქნება პირველ ეტაპზე, როცა გამოცხვება, კარგი გამოვა);

      კოვზით დადეთ თეფშზე და ზედაპირი მოასწორეთ. შავი ქლიავი თავზე მოალაგეთ წრიულად, ოდნავ დაპრესეთ, რომ ნაწილობრივ ცომში ჩავიდეს.

      აცხვეთ 15 წუთი. დაუწიეთ ღუმელის ტემპერატურას 170° ცელსიუსზე (ნიშნული 3). აცხვეთ კიდევ 10-15 წუთი, სანამ არ ამოვა და ოქროსფერი გახება.

      ათქვეფილ ნაღებს შეურიეთ გადანახული არმანიაკი.

      ნამცხვარი სუფრაზე თბილი მიიტანეთ, ათქვეფილ ნაღებთან ერთად.

► მზადების ხანგრძლივობა: 15 წუთი გასაგრილებლად, და 2 საათი გასაჟღენთად.
