- სამი თავი ხახვი;
- ორი სუპრის კოვზი თაფლი;

- მარილი გემოვნეით;
- ნახევარი ჭიქა ნუში.
მომზადება
თუ გახსოვთ ლობიოს მომზადების წინა რეცეპტი, დასაწყისში აქაც ყველაფერი მსგავსადაა...
გადაარჩიეთ ერთი ჯამი ხმელი ლობიო, ჩაყარეთ ქოთანში, თუ არ გაქვთ - ქვაბში. დაასხით იმდენი წყალი, რომ ლობიო დაფაროს.
დაადგით ცეცხლზე და როცა მარცვალი ცოტა ჩაითვალება, წყალი დაამატეთ.
სამი თავი ხახვი წვრილად დაჭერით და ჩააყარეთ. როცა კარგად მოიხარშება, ხის კოვზით ამოზილეთ და წყალი თუ დამშრალი აქვს, ცოტა დაუმატეთ.
ოღონდ, შემდეგ ინგრედიენტები იცვლება:
დაუმატეთ ერთი ჭიქა ქიშმიში, ნახევარი ჭიქა გაფცქვნილი ნუში, ერთი ჭიქა ზირა.
კარგად რომ მოიხარშება, ორი ან სამი სუფრის კოვზი თაფლი უნდა დაუმატოთ და ამოზილოთ. მარილი გემოვნების მიხედვით.
