გებჟალიას უნიკალური გემო რომელიც ნადუღის, ყველისა და ყველაზე არომატული პიტნისაგან შედგება მონუსხავს ყველას ვინც დააგემოვნებს...
შემადგენლობა:
- ჭყინტი სულგუნი 500 გრ.
- პიტნა 50 გრ.
- არაჟანი 50 გრ.
- რზე 1 ლ.
- ნადუღი 100 გრ.
- მარილი და წითელი წიწაკა გემოვნებით
მომზადება:
- რძე დადგით დაბალ ცეცხლზე. თბილ რძეში ჩაყარეთ სულგუნის წვრილად დაჭრილი ნაჭრები და მუდმივად ურიეთ ხის კოვზით.
- როგორც კი ყველი გახდება წელვადი, მაშინვე ამოიღეთ, გააბრტყელეთ ხელით და ეცადეთ მისცეთ ოთხკუთხედი ფორმა.
- გაბრტყელებული ყველის ფირფიტის მთელ ზედაპირს გადაუსვით წვრილად დაჭრილი ან დანაყული პიტნის, წიწაკის და მარილის ნაზავი. გადაახვიეთ რულეტად. შეამზადეთ და მოათავსეთ მარილიან წყალში (0.5 ლ წყალზე 3 ს.კ მარილი).
- ცალკე მოამზადეთ გებჟალიის სოუსი. ამისათვის აიღეთ 100 გრ. რძე, რომელშიც მომზადდა ყველი, დაუმატეთ არაჟანი და ნადუღი, ყველაფერი ეს დააბლენდერეთ. სოუსს დაუმატეთ წვრილად დაჭრილი ან დანაყული პიტნა, წიწაკა და მარილი.
- გებჟალიის რულეტი დაჭერით ნაჭრებად და მოათავსეთ მომზადებულ სოუსში.
