  2. ანანასი - 1 ცალი
  3. ყველი - 50 გრ
  4. ზეთის ხილი უკურკო - 20 ცალი
  5. ოხრახუში - 1 კონა
  6. მარილი - გემოვნებით

მომზადება:

  • ღორის ხორცი დაჭერით კუბიკებად, მოაყარეთ მარილი და შეწვით მაღალ ტემპერატურზე რამდენიმე წუთის განმავლობაში.
  • დაასხით წყალი ისე, რომ ხორცი მთლიანად დაიფაროს და განაგრძეთ შეწვა 25 წუთი.
  • გაჭერით ანანასს 2 ნაწილად და ამოაცალეთ გული.
  • ამოცლილი გული დაჭერით პატარა კუბიკებად და შეურიეთ ხორცს...
  • კარგად რომ შეიწვება, ეს ყველაფერი ჩადეთ ანანასშივე...
  • ზემოდან მოაყარეთ დაჭრილი ზეთისხილი და მწვანილი
  • მოახეხეთ ყველი...
  • ამის შემდეგ შედგით ელექტრო ღუმელში 25 წუთით, 180 გრადუსზე...
  • ამის შემდეგ კერძი მზადაა... რჩევისთვის - შეგიძლიათ მიირთვათ ბრინჯით...
