მომზადება:
- ჩაიდანში ჩაყარეთ ჩაი დაასხით ადუღებული წყალი და დატოვეთ 5 წუთი
- რძე გააცხელეთ (არ აადუღოთ) და ჩაასხით ჭიქებში
- რძიან ჭიქებში ჩაამატეთ ჩაი

არა ძმაო, ჩინური ჩაი მაინც არ მომწონს (როდის დავიე რომ უარსაც ვამბობ, არ ვიცი, მაგრამ მაინც). ყველაფერში სწრაფები არიან და დიდი რაოდენობით ქმნიან, მაინაცდამაინც ჩაის ამზადებენ 24 საათი და ისიც ერთ ყლუპს. მაგას ვერც კარაქიან პურს მიატან და ვერც ყიყლიყოს (( ისევ გურული ჩაი სჯობს - დალიე ვედრებით! ))
